Since joining Environmental Incentives, Eoin has used leading business and policy concepts to improve the efficacy of conservation programs. Eoin has developed monitoring and evaluation programs to prioritize investments and communicate the results of conservation programs, and designed policy tools based on the best available science and financial incentives to achieve conservation goals. Eoin has substantial experience conducting financial analyses, developing web-based tracking systems and performance reports, and leading teams of agency staff, scientists and other stakeholders to targeted outcomes. Eoin has subject matter expertise in several areas ranging from sustainability and climate change adaptation to water quality and sage-grouse habitat.

Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Eoin managed a software development department for one of the largest fresh produce distributors on the west coast, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Eoin strives to increase the environmental benefit of private and public dollars invested.
