Lynn brings more than ten years of experience in international conservation, adaptive management, and program coordination to Environmental Incentives. Lynn began her career in field-based conservation research, assisting with projects in Costa Rica, the Amazon, and the Caribbean. She was then hired to dual positions at the University of Rhode Island: Instructor for a Wildlife Management Techniques course, and Research Associate in charge of the Kingston Wildlife Research Station. Subsequently, Lynn had several roles at the Wildlife Conservation Society as Program Officer for the Conservation Leadership Programme, Conservation Planning Specialist in the Conservation Support Program, and Partnership Coordinator for the Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool (SMART) Partnership.

As an Adaptive Management Specialist, Lynn supports the USAID Measuring Impact (MI) project as a member of the project management team that works to track and report data to support management decisions. Lynn works to connect annual actions and life of project strategy to operationalize MI’s Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.

Lynn hopes that through her contributions to international conservation and development, not only will flora and fauna thrive in intact and resilient ecosystems, but people will benefit from and understand the value in conserving wildlife and wild places. Lynn also strongly believes in the importance of citizen diplomacy, and hopes to contribute to a more peaceful world through international dialog and personal connections.
