We are happy to announce that Environmental Incentives will be joining CDM Smith to deliver services through USAID’s Global Architect-Engineer Infrastructure Services III Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (GAE III IDIQ) contract. Through GAE III, the consortium will support the entire life cycle of infrastructure activities for USAID’s Bureau of Development, Democracy, and Innovation (DDI) by providing specialized technical support and advice on institutional, community, and industry capacity development for long term infrastructure sustainability.
Our team is looking forward to building on our proven experience helping USAID design and implement effective development programs in the areas of Environment, Energy, and Infrastructure. As experts in nature-based solutions and integrating the needs of communities and ecosystems in development programs, Environmental Incentives will support the integration of environmental and climate best practices into infrastructure activities to improve effectiveness in a changing world.
“USAID’s investment in infrastructure for development through the Global Architect-Engineer Infrastructure Services III IDIQ, gives missions and other Operating Units a key opportunity to bring cutting-edge thinking to integrating programming outcomes across sectors to shape regional impacts for decades. EI is delighted to contribute to this important work,” said Liz Lauck, Director of EI’s International Practice.
