Daisy Johnson serves as a Marketing Associate at Environmental Incentives, where she brings her expertise in strategic marketing, content creation, and client engagement to support EI’s purpose. With a deep passion for climate resilience and biodiversity conservation, Daisy develops targeted communications that amplify EI’s impact in both domestic and international sectors.

Before joining EI, Daisy worked as a marketing consultant and brand strategist for a range of mission-driven organizations, including Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Columbia Sportswear, and People for Bikes. Daisy’s marketing career is built on a strong foundation in documentary filmmaking, producing content for organizations like the Surfrider Foundation and Apparent Winds where she helped amplify coastal sustainability messages. In addition to her work in media, Daisy has a background in advocacy and policy, having contributed to Citizens Climate Lobby’s efforts to promote renewable energy policies. Her experience includes leading lobbying initiatives, researching energy policy, and shaping communications to influence decision-makers.

Daisy is deeply passionate about using storytelling and strategic marketing to inspire action on critical environmental issues. She is particularly excited to contribute to Environmental Incentives’ work to drive measurable, positive change in the fields of conservation and sustainable development through creative and cohesive storytelling.
