Kim is a Business Development and Marketing Manager at Environmental Incentives, where she leads new business capture efforts and manages proposal development. She brings over five years of experience in new business, research, and project management for international development programs.
Prior to joining EI, Kim worked within Tetra Tech’s Business Development Unit, where she collaborated with multiple technical sectors to research, write, manage, and coordinate contract proposals for 15 USAID Missions. Kim also served as an Environmental Education Volunteer with Peace Corps Mexico, where she delivered environmental education activities and secured USAID grant funding to implement a local plastic recycling facility in her host community.
Kim believes that effective cross-cultural collaboration is critical to address the global climate crisis as it fosters diverse perspectives, knowledge sharing, and collective action towards sustainable solutions that transcend borders and cultures.
