Patrice is the Director of Human Resources for Environmental Incentives and is responsible for implementing human resources management strategies that enable EI to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Further, she provides Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance and support, assisting with compliance obligations, and increasing employee awareness of EEO laws. Patrice brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, including within the healthcare and consulting industries in the public and private sectors.
Patrice has a passion for people and process improvements and specializes in talent management, employee relations policies, and strategies. Her focus is to continue to build strong human resource consulting infrastructure to accommodate EI’s fast growth while maintaining strong relationships.
