Rachel is a Cost and Pricing Manager with Environmental Incentives’ Company Health Team. Her role focuses on building implementable and competitive cost proposals for the company, working closely with technical and operations experts and specialists across the company.
Prior to EI, Rachel worked with Mercy Corps as the first Cost and Pricer across its 40+ country offices. Before that, she built experience supporting humanitarian and development projects and proposals across donors including USAID, US Department of State, the UN, FCDO, and private foundations. Rachel also has direct experience working on USAID-funded food security programming in Uganda and Zimbabwe, supporting communications, reporting, compliance, and partnership engagement.
Rachel strives to support and push towards strong organizational management and systems that set people up for success to implement effective and impactful international development programming. Given the complexity of global issues, including climate change, she believes that the best way to enact change is by breaking down systematic inequality, holding decision makers accountable, and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
