Ramona Jones is a Human Resources Generalist supporting the day-to-day HR functions, benefit management, and providing staff support. At EI, Ramona introduces new employees to the company culture by introducing them to our policies, procedures, and organizational nuances. She works directly with various staff members throughout the organization, allowing her to tailor support based on employee needs. With this specialized support, employees can use their talents and unique skills to advance EI’s client work. Ramona understands policies and procedures and guides managers on making strategic decisions as it relates to managing their staff and representing EI externally.
Prior to joining EI, Ramona worked in the nonprofit sector, including supporting veteran associations that worked to reduce homelessness. Her prior experience includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll process, and FML and ADA management.
Upon receiving her Professional Human Resources certification, Ramona’s aspiration is to obtain an executive human resources position as she continues to work towards her career path.
