Shani serves as the Communications Coordinator on the Communications Service Line team at Environmental Incentives and is responsible for supporting cross-team communications for all EI projects and programs. She is dedicated to meeting all the organizational needs of the company and facilitating an open network of communication with clients.
Prior to joining EI, Shani worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a small finance company with a large portfolio of more than 600 clients. She built up her strategic communications skills as the main liaison between C-suite level executives and their clients, while maintaining CRM databases, calendars, and office administration. Shani also leverages her graphic design experience to better understand the processes and workflow of her team.
Shani is determined to develop and grow in her knowledge of environmental conservation and sustainability and be an active participant in finding solutions to climate change. She believes in supporting people of color who are disproportionately affected by our ever-changing environment.
