The Latin America and the Caribbean Environment Support Services Contract (ESSC) provides demand-driven technical and logistical support services in program and activity design, implementation, management, evaluation, communications, and environmental compliance for Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) regional and bilateral environment, natural resource management, resilience, and energy programs.

As part of these services, USAID has requested that ESSC provide technical assistance to design, research, draft, and finalize a Geospatial Capacities Assessment for Central America and Mexico that will serve as the foundation to inform the establishment of a SERVIR Central America hub. ESSC will provide overall direction of the service provider to ensure a successful production process.

Kindly refer to the attached documents for the full Request For Proposals (RFP), scope of work, and budget template that contain detail on the technical and price instructions. Note that technical or administrative questions in regards to the RFP should be submitted to Nav Bhattarai at [email protected] no later than Wednesday, August 11th (5pm EST) and proposals are due on Wednesday, August 18th (5pm EST).
