Stormwater Community Based Public-Private Partnership Feasibility Assessment

The Community Based Public-Private Partnership (CBP3) Assessment seeks to determine the feasibility of leveraging CBP3s to achieve stormwater and community goals in Washington State.  It was commissioned by the Washington State Department of Commerce and funded by the Washington State Legislature. Environmental Incentives lead the assessment with partners Geosyntec Consultants and Corvias as the first step in the development of a CBP3 pilot program for the state.
