As Contracts Director, Anne leads the development, delivery, and coordination of contracts and procurement services for Environmental Incentives, ensuring compliance for the company’s programs domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining EI, Anne was a home office project director at Chemonics International, where she backstopped projects in Europe, Eurasia, and Asia and provided contract compliance support to a regional portfolio of projects. She also served as Deputy Chief of Party/Operations Director for a USAID project in Ukraine, and contributed to winning new business efforts across the company. She has more than 15 years’ experience in USAID contract management.
