Anne McNulty is a collaborative problem-solver and a creative communicator. She supports USAID’s Program Cycle Mechanism and Natural Capital in East Africa activities as a Senior Communications Specialist with Environmental Incentives, drawing on over nine years of strategic communications experience.

Anne began her career in digital communications for a global human development organization and has since spent time leading project management for a digital agency and driving communications for a D.C.-based nonprofit before joining Environmental Incentives. Anne is skilled in multimedia production, writing, editing, and project management. She speaks French and holds a BA in International Studies and an MA in Interactive Media. Anne loves building compelling communications solutions that connect audiences to issues that matter.
