Aradhana currently serves as an Associate with EI and supports USAID’s Measuring Impact II (MI2) project. In this role, she provides support in environment monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, and adaptation. Aradhana conducts qualitative and quantitative evaluations to build climate capacity and resilience, creates accessible data visualizations, and develops communications to support evidence-based decision-making for international development and conservation.

Aradhana brings 12 years of experience in evidence-based sustainable ecosystem management, with a concentration in climate policy and evaluation to her role at EI. Before joining MI2, she was a Program Manager for a global forest project addressing community development after climate disturbances. This 5-year field assessment quantified nutrient fluxes and global sustainable practices for local communities’ adaptation to forest fires, logging, and drought. Prior to this Aradhana conducted program evaluations in sustainable range management, agriculture, and STEM education for eight years.

Aradhana is driven by applying ecological research and evaluation for the benefit of communities and natural resources. She aspires to make a difference in sustainable climate action and policy management through collaborative citizen science, effective communication, community engagement, and data-driven research.
