Ashley Oman is a Program Associate for USAID’s Program Cycle Mechanism (PCM) contract. In this role she assists with the monitoring and tracking of buy-in budgets, timelines, travel, and expenses. Her background in operations engineering combined with international development studies give her a unique skillset to address technical tasks in a dynamic environment.

Before joining Environmental Incentives, Ashley taught in a primary school just outside of Madrid, Spain to improve English language skills through group facilitation and presentations. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Business Analyst, aimed at improving communication streams and website efficiency for physicians and pharmacists.

Ashley believes that true progress lies in authentic connections and building solutions that will create lasting change. She aspires to continue her career building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring that everyone gets a seat at the table.
