As Director of Human Resources, Brenda leads the development, delivery, and coordination of human resource services domestically and internationally for EI. With over 20 years of diverse human resources management experience, Brenda has a passion to assist companies identify solutions that promote efficiencies and standards in their HR infrastructure. She has been praised for her professionalism and “grace under fire.”

Prior to joining EI, Brenda managed human resources functions in small to medium-size companies, for-profit and not-for-profit, in the industries of healthcare, property management, engineering, and information technology. Her roles have involved participating in mergers and acquisitions, policy development, and the implementation of various HRIS systems. Additionally, Brenda has extensive federal government contracting experience as it pertains to the numerous compliance requirements.

Brenda’s focus has always been, and continues to be, on the best interests of all by creating employee-centered company environments. Her exemplary communication and interpersonal skills allow her to interact on a personal level with employees of all backgrounds and in various scenarios.
