Dr. Caroline Ouko is the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the Economics of Natural Capital in East Africa Project. She brings her strong track record in networking and stakeholder engagement, partnership modeling, and relationship building to the project.

Caroline is a multi-skilled professional with over 15 years’ experience in leadership, policy development, and facilitating change in the agriculture and environment sectors. As an Environmental Management Specialist, Caroline has had progressive involvement in various initiatives geared towards supporting the global agenda on environmental management. She has successfully designed and executed multiple programs applying innovative participatory approaches.

Caroline aspires to efficiently apply innovative participatory approaches involving government agencies, local communities, private partners, and other stakeholder categories to create change.
