As a Business Development and Marketing Associate, Ciara supports proposal development and client engagement at Environmental Incentives. In this role she ensures timely service delivery to clients, as well as communications and event assistance. Ciara also provides technical expertise, conducts research and analysis, and supports program management. She utilizes her organizational and analytical skills in the design and writing of business development proposals and resources.

Ciara comes to Environmental Incentives from the International Republican Institute’s (IRI) Latin America and Caribbean division, where she focused on program implementation on projects related to investigation journalism, political parties, anti-corruption, and countering Chinese influence. Prior to working with IRI, Ciara supported business development and governance processes at the Eurasia Foundation.

Ciara believes that addressing climate change is critical and requires coordination and collaboration at a local, national, and global level. As a California native, Ciara is passionate about fire preparedness and water conservation efforts.
