Erik works with program managers and diverse stakeholder groups to design, test, and adapt new and existing conservation programs to achieve measurable environmental outcomes. Erik supports the full lifecycle of program design and implementation, from initial concept to operations, and specializes in performance-driven approaches. Erik also facilitates interdisciplinary teams to develop data collection and analysis protocols that translate data into insight.
Previously, Erik led the development of a payments for ecosystem services program for the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners. He also has experience restoring native landscapes for a small ecological services firm along Colorado’s Front Range, which brought him valuable insight into the challenges faced by those working to achieve on the ground conservation.
Erik brings this insight and his passion for promoting innovative means to drive investment in conservation to Environmental Incentives.
