Gabrielle currently serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow with USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning. She supports the Office of Learning Evaluation and Research and serves in an advisory role to USAID operating units in Washington and overseas Program Cycle evaluation efforts.

Gabrielle has over 20 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and social behavioral research. She brings an in-depth understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods and the application and interpretation of statistics to her role at Environmental Incentives. She has worked in Bolivia, Dominica, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Mexico, the Philippines, Senegal, and Uganda.

Gabrielle believes that knowledge is the key to the future and that strong evaluative practices can further improve the impact of international aide efforts.
