Gina serves as the Project Coordinator providing operational, administrative, and monitoring and evaluation support to the USAID Measuring Impact II project.
She brings four years of experience working in international education analyzing federal immigration policy and managing the Department of State’s student exchange program at The Ohio State University. After receiving her Master of Public Administration, Gina became interested in Project Management for international donor projects and spent the last year in Italy coordinating the EU project EUENGAGE. Since moving to Washington, DC Gina has focused on new business development and researching and writing proposals for USAID gender and health projects in conflict areas.
Gina is passionate about raising awareness among donor agencies and governments regarding the linkages between biodiversity and improving overall human security – particularly in regard to gender and health – and promoting the integration of biodiversity services into their development policies and work plans.
