Hannah is a Program Associate on the Operations Team for the Program Cycle Mechanism (PCM). In this role, Hannah focuses on PCM buy-in budgets, contract write-ups, meeting logistics, and other operations and administrative tasks aimed at helping the program move forward. She brings her experience in project administration, budgeting, and organizational support to the PCM Ops team and is excited to see how her role may grow over time.

Prior to joining EI, Hannah worked with local government in the upper peninsula of Michigan, overseeing facility management and creating community programs and engagement opportunities year-round. Before moving to Michigan’s upper peninsula, she worked in Southern California as an administrative assistant at a private university. In this role Hannah helped to update university-wide budgets, managed tools for tracking student success over several years, and provided consistent support across multiple departments and after-hour functions.

Hannah believes that there is no one-size-fits-all way to best contribute or utilize one’s skillset for any specific project, which she sees as the beauty of the living and working systems that we create and continue to foster in these spaces. Her interest is to help maintain the functionality and long-term sustainability of these systems in order to best support the broad-strokes goals of our collective work.
