Jenny Cochachin serves as an Operations Associate at Environmental Incentives, supporting regional and bilateral USAID Missions in Peru for the Amazon Regional Environment Program (AREP), under the Latin America and Caribbean Environment Support Services Contract. She is experienced in international development and has worked in diverse development programs related to sustainable growth and innovation.

Prior to EI, Jenny worked on innovation programs for socioeconomic development as a Project Manager with INNOVATEPERU. She also worked with the Japan International Cooperation Agency providing operations support to international projects on sustainable tourism and environment cooperation for developing countries.

Jenny aims to expand knowledge and practice on sustainability and innovation to strengthen developing countries by promoting minority voices, especially those of women and native communities in the Amazon, and by strengthening knowledge democratization.
