Jessica Reilly is the Program Manager for the LAC Portfolio spanning USAID-funded projects, including the Latin America and the Caribbean Environment Support Services Contract (LAC ESSC) and Measuring Impact II. In this role, she applies creative and effective tools for project management to maximize partnerships and performance outcomes for biodiversity and conservation programming.

Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Jessica worked at Chemonics International as a Project Manager in the LAC region. She coordinated program activities for a conservation initiative based in Colombia and a support services contract for a global science network in the areas of food security, water resources and land use change. Previously, Jessica led operational and knowledge management efforts for an international network of mountain communities in support of agrobiodiversity and ecosystem-based adaptation, resulting in an agreement to establish a monitoring and database system on mountain development.

Jessica believes in the power of combining best practices for activity design, management, and monitoring with a lens of intersectionality for integrated programing.
