Katherine serves as the Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist with USAID’s Program Cycle Mechanism (PCM), bringing creativity and organization to audience engagement and communications outreach. She supports client efforts to effectively communicate guidance and learning around Agency policy, particularly the Program Cycle.

Prior to joining EI and the PCM project, Katherine held program analyst and communications positions on USAID’s Expanding Monitoring and Evaluation Capacities (MECap) task order. She advanced the use of data and data visualizations and spearheaded creative approaches to communicating complex outcome narratives. She also supported learning around Agency policy initiatives by facilitating workshops and the production of learning materials.

Katherine is thrilled to be working at the nexus of communication production and outreach to enable and inspire learning around policy and organizational change.
