Miranda Walls is a Knowledge Management and Learning Associate supporting Environmental Incentives’ Business Development and Marketing Team. She brings 5+ years’ experience working in digital solutions and takes a systems-led approach to identify and provide efficiencies and recommendations to processes. In her current role she supports the planning, design, and implementation of internal data systems and knowledge management processes.

Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Miranda worked as a product specialist with DAI’s Center for Digital Acceleration. She supported a team of software developers and data analysts with requirements gathering, scoping, and general project management; developed leadership dashboards; and worked on standardizing and identifying data collection and management solutions.

Miranda believes that we can find solutions to our current climate crisis and economic development challenges, we just have to connect the right tools, people, and processes. She aspires to be part of an organization that prioritizes connection and collaboration and is mindful of outcomes to both human and natural communities.
