Nadia is a Senior Specialist with the Program Cycle Mechanism currently supporting USAID’s Office of the Chief DEIA Officer.
Nadia has over 11 years of international development experience working with a range of organizations to build learning processes and strengthen teams for improved program quality and evidence-based decision-making. Nadia’s experience spans multiple countries in Asia and Africa and across technical sectors. Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, she spent the last six years working with USAID Uganda first in their program office and then later with their MEL platform to strengthen USAID’s overall CLA capacity for improved program impact. She guided and supported technical offices and senior leaders in the Mission through complex work processes including multiple portfolio reviews, activity designs, and strategy development.
Nadia enjoys a collaborative approach to her work and believes in the power of humility and curiosity in identifying solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.
