Olivia Leos currently provides technical and project management support for the Colombia Buy-in of the Latin America and Caribbean Environmental Support Services Contract (LAC ESSC). Additionally, she supports other LAC ESSC activities with management and processes work. Olivia’s background in environmental policy and management enables her to understand and apply sustainability and conservation topics to all the activities she supports.

Before coming to Environmental Incentives, Olivia advocated for energy efficiency policy as a policy associate with the Alliance to Save Energy. This gave her the opportunity to understand and sharpen the facilitation, project management, and technical writing skills that are key to her position at EI. In addition, Olivia gained perspective on how policies work at an international level and the many layers of government, economic, and social understanding that are required to lead international development efforts.

Olivia wants to continue to be an advocate for comprehensive and fair environmental policies and structures, be it from a national or international level.
