As Program Cycle Specialist, Omri is supporting the USAID Mission in Guatemala on learning and knowledge management. These efforts include designing and facilitating a learning event for the Mission and implementing partners to inform the Mission’s learning agenda, and developing the Mission’s MyUSAID knowledge management portal.

Omri brings a decade of experience in all aspects of program monitoring, evaluation and learning, strategic partnership management, technical support and reporting. He specializes in program level analysis to improve organizational learning, knowledge, and adaptive management and strategic performance. He has developed, managed, and coordinated evaluations and qualitative data collection efforts in the energy, conservation, education, and security sectors.

Omri is dedicated to assist development organizations in defining and achieving their strategic goals, by more thoughtfully monitoring and measuring implementation in complex environments and by effectively managing institutional knowledge.
