Ryan is the Senior Operations Manager for Program Cycle Mechanism (PCM) supporting the finance and operations of the program.
Ryan has over 8 years of experience working in international development, project management, and operations for USAID-funded programs, both domestically and internationally. Previously, Ryan served as Senior Project Manager for Management Systems International, where he directed the operations of projects in health, anti-corruption, third-party monitoring, education, and democracy and governance in Africa and MENA regions.
Ryan brings a collaborative attitude to his work, looking for consensus, buy-in from stakeholders, and efficiency in operations.
