Tiffany Myers is a Senior Organizational Development and Learning Specialist embedded in the USAID Africa Bureau’s Division for Sustainable Development. In her position, she is facilitating spaces for cross-team learning and collaboration, peer knowledge exchange, and capacity development to improve adaptive management and program effectiveness.

Tiffany is a skilled facilitator with the proven ability to guide full cycle systems improvement processes, design and facilitate development plans, and coach clients to achieve their goals. She has more than 15 years of experience in strategic learning, training and facilitation, organizational and leadership development, participatory project design, project management and instructional design. Prior to Environmental Incentives, Tiffany worked for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation where she led process improvement, project management capacity building and leadership development initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa. Across her career, she has applied her strong management, facilitation, and coaching skills to lead projects and programs funded by USAID, CDC, the Global Fund, UNICEF, and private donors across programs in Africa and Latin America, including several years of on the ground experience in Mozambique.
