Elettra is an Associate with Environmental Incentives’ Water Sustainability team, where she supports the design and implementation of incentive programs that promote sustainable landscaping and water efficiency across Southern California. In her role, Elettra engages directly with residents, commercial property owners, and agency partners to improve regional water resilience through accessible rebate programs, rainwater harvesting workshops, and public outreach. She also provides internal support through project coordination, marketing development, data management, and administrative planning.
Elettra brings a background in international development, data analytics, and gender equity, having previously worked with organizations including Zenysis Technologies and Open Data Watch. Her past work spanned global partnerships, policy advocacy, and program design across open data, health systems, and inclusive economic development. This cross-sector experience informs her systems-thinking approach and dedication to public service and impact-driven work.
Elettra is passionate about advancing climate resilience and environmental equity in California. She is committed to making sustainable water solutions more accessible and effective for diverse communities. Through her work in the water space, she hopes to bridge community needs with effective policy and contribute to a thriving, climate-smart future for the region.
