Rodney Feddema is a Program Manager for EI’s Water Sustainability Practice. Drawing on his background in watershed hydrology, stormwater quality, and citizen science, Rodney oversees the implementation of rain saving stormwater best management practices and ensures high quality of key program deliverables.

Before joining EI, Rodney worked as an Environmental Scientist at LimnoTech with a focus on stormwater management, hydrological modeling, and corporate water stewardship. While completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees, Rodney engaged in research on ecohydrology, wildfire, and agricultural water quality. Throughout his career, Rodney has combined his technical skills in hydrological modeling, ArcGIS, R, and Python with his experience in communications and technical writing to help solve complex and interdisciplinary water resources problems.

Rodney believes that we already possess the knowledge needed to solve our most pressing environmental challenges–what we lack most is the successful implementation of lasting solutions. That’s why he focuses on leveraging sound science to design programs that confront environmental problems head-on while improving the resilience of the communities they serve.

We can co-create lasting change.
