Molly is a Habitat Associate supporting the Habitat Team. As a Habitat Associate, Molly identifies multi-benefit points in habitat improvement projects and improves regional planning through data consolidation, analysis, and reporting. She brings her experience in analyzing geospatial and social data, as well as working with diverse stakeholders in the U.S. and East Africa, to her role collaborating with governmental and non-governmental partners.

Previously, Molly worked for Arlington Academy of Hope, an international NGO which focuses on healthcare and education in eastern Uganda, to manage their outreach and volunteer programs. She worked for the Department of Water Resources and Department of Toxic Substances Control to track projects, budgets, and training.

Molly believes conservation successes start with strong relationships, and hopes to expand those successes through effective collaboration, science-based goals and strategies, and effective balancing of natural resource use.
