Andrew leads Environmental Incentives’ Company Health and Sustainability practice area, which includes the finance, operations and human resources departments of the company. In this capacity, Andrew ensures that Environmental Incentives’ practice areas have the foundation needed to achieve the company’s mission. Additionally, Andrew supports project management efforts. Andrew created the full suite of financial analysis and management tools and protocols for Measuring Impact, an $18.5M contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development. In addition to internal-facing financial management, Andrew provides financial analyses for environmental programs. This has included a range of finance and contracting strategies, including the development of a Stewardship Cost Analysis Tool that helps restoration managers understand the starting balance needed to maintain restoration sites over time, the development of pay for success contracts and finance strategies for water and habitat conservation programs, and financial analyses for a conservation program seeking to incorporate as a nonprofit.
Andrew is expecting a Master’s of Environmental Management from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Incentives from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
