Ms. Levine-Finley is currently serving as the Program Cycle Support Team Lead for USAID’s Improving Design, Evidence, and Learning (IDEAL) contract. In this role, she ensures that IDEAL’s program cycle support to USAID Missions is properly scoped, organized, tracked, implemented, and reflected upon in service of technical objectives. She engages at the technical level as a facilitator and technical assistance provider, giving oversight to other staff advancing various workstreams.

In her third role leading a USAID contract, Ms. Levine-Finley brings experience in client and team management, human-centered design, staff development, project and contract implementation, and strategic visioning. She additionally has a background working in interpersonal and organizational conflict resolution and over a decade of experience as a print journalist.

She is dedicated to building and strengthening the relationships and networks of people who have committed themselves to this critical work while fostering enhanced creativity and innovation that lead to more effective—and courageous—solutions.
