Friends,
First, on behalf of all of us at Environmental Incentives, we hope you and your families, friends, and neighbors are safe and well.
During this time of uncertainty, our mission to enhance the environment that sustains healthy communities seems more important than ever. Faced with COVID-19 and the risks it presents, we believe every organization and individual has a responsibility to slow its spread to protect the most vulnerable and to help alleviate the burden on our health care systems. To that end, on March 12, we closed our offices and directed all employees to begin working from home.
For nearly 15 years, EI has been intentional in pursuing solutions to address difficult challenges and developing tools and practices to improve performance. That continues to be our focus today. During this time of crisis, we are upholding a standard of high quality and working across teams to help our clients reach their goals. Additionally, we are taking on the challenge of being apart by adopting creative online learning approaches and developing new tools and techniques to help us and our partners and our clients increase connectivity between people.
We hope the threat COVID-19 presents will bring the global community together around a common goal to protect people. Beyond practicing social distancing, EI is supporting organizations working to help those hit hardest by the outbreak. This includes SAME Café in Denver, Colorado; Tahoe Family Resource Center, California; and East of the River Mutual Aid Fund, Washington D.C. The assistance these organizations and many others like them provide is crucial. It is our privilege to contribute to the success of their efforts. Together, we will get through this.
Sincerely,
Jeremy, Chad & Liz
