Alisa Wong is a Senior Climate Resilience Advisor in USAID’s Center for Resilience within the Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security. In this capacity, she works to advance the goals of the USAID Climate Strategy and the Resilience Policy. She uses her expertise across design, monitoring, evaluation, and organizational development to implement evidence-based programming.
Alisa is a skilled facilitator with the proven ability to guide organizations to effectively and efficiently achieve results. She has more than 22 years of experience in international development. Prior to working at Environmental Incentives, Alisa worked for the State Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the United Nations Foundation.
Alisa believes that it is critical to make connections across sectors that lead to sustainable collective action.
