Ann is a Program Manager for the Strategic Communications and Knowledge Management Portfolio. In this role, she supports USAID’s Sharing Environment and Energy Knowledge (SEEK), Sustainable WASH Systems (SWS) Learning Partnership, and Technical, Operational, Program Support (TOPS) institutional support contracts by leveraging best practices and instruments in project management to achieve effective desired outcomes.
Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Ann supported the USAID/OTI Ethiopia Support Program where she was a start-up team member launching offices in Ethiopia and building staff capacity in establishing grant agreements with local organizations. Ann also provided project management support to the USAID Learning and Knowledge Management (LEARN) contract which used strategic learning and knowledge management to improve the effectiveness of programs in achieving sustainable development outcomes. Ann also served as an Environment Peace Corps volunteer in central Tanzania where her main projects were borehole rehabilitation and creating micro-finance opportunities for women.
Ann is passionate about improving development and conservation outcomes through cross-cultural communication, adaptive management, and transforming ideas into tangible actions and outcomes.
