Brigitte is a Program Manager for the Strategic Innovation portfolio. In this role, she supports USAID’s Resilience Learning Activity (RLA) and Environmental and Social Safeguarding Support (ES3) activity by leveraging best practices and instruments in project management to achieve effective desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Brigitte supported USAID’s Global Health and Supply Chain Program based in Haiti at Chemonics International. She has also supported USAID’s Regional Inter-Governmental Organization System Strengthening project based in East Africa, YouthPower Jordan, and Global Development Lab Technical Assistance and Support Services activities. On these projects she provided compliance, procurement, financial, and operational support. She has also provided communications support on multiple USAID funded projects, focusing on content creation and deliverable design.

Brigitte aims to contribute to an efficient and healthy working environment with a focus on collaboration, inclusivity, and open communication. She hopes everyone around her knows they have a seat at the table.
