Joe is a Water Associate with Environmental Incentives’ Domestic Team based in San Diego. He is focused on water conservation and quality improvement efforts in Southern California. Joe draws on a background in utilities and environmental consulting to provide support to EI’s water and habitat projects throughout the Western United States.
Joe’s previous experiences include serving as the Water Conservation Analyst for the City of Healdsburg, working as a Field Biologist for the Sea Grant Coho Monitoring Program, and as a Project Manager with the Cornell Sustainability Consultants’ Sustainable Brewing Team. Most recently, Joe served as an Environmental Planner for Stantec focusing on environmental reviews of utility projects.
While growing up in an agricultural region of Northern California, Joe became passionate about water and conservation matters. He is committed to supporting EI and our clients move towards lower impact, higher resiliency systems and is excited to be helping Southern California tackle water conservation initiatives.
