Katherine brings her experience in global health and development, marketing, and social and behavior change communications to her work as Marketing and Business Development Team Lead at EI. In this role she develops compelling messages and materials aligned with EI’s domestic and international sectors, services, and project accomplishments. She combines her storytelling and analytic skills to support the design and writing of business development proposals and resources.
Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Katherine served as an advisor to Cuso International’s YouLead Project in Nigeria and developed a marketing and engagement strategy to increase utilization of rural employment training centers. While completing her master’s degrees, she interned with the global health communications team at Chemonics International and with the international division at John Snow, Inc. Previously, Katherine worked in local health policy development and behavior change programming at Health Resources in Action.
Katherine wants to create and share compelling stories that highlight the power of collective action and inspire behavior change. She believes entertaining, research driven communications are critical to achieving lasting environmental, development, and health outcomes.
