Katie is Environmental Incentives’ Chief of Staff. In this role, she serves as a catalyst for organizational alignment, ensuring that strategic initiatives and solutions are developed, launched, and implemented in a manner that is holistic, culturally aligned, and responsive to needs across teams. This role is critical in breaking down silos, enhancing communication, and fostering a collaborative environment while turning strategic visions into actionable outcomes.

Prior to this role, Katie served as Director of EI’s Domestic Portfolio, where she led the development of water and habitat conservation programs across the Western United States and Mexico. Katie is widely recognized for her expertise in change management and learning, conservation incentives and finance, and stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

Katie is passionate about helping teams to increase the resilience of human and natural communities. She believes that building meaningful relationships, using effective organizational design, and establishing a commitment to ongoing learning are keys to that success.
