Linda Nico is a Senior Specialist with USAID’s Program Cycle Mechanism. She brings over 10 years of experience working in international development to her role with Environmental Incentives.
Previously, she worked at CAMRIS International as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist under USAID’s Expanding Monitoring and Evaluation Capacities Task Order (MECap). She developed and facilitated workshops and provided technical assistance across the Agency. She served as Learning Advisor to USAID Rwanda’s Program Office, integrating collaboration, learning, and adapting (CLA) into Mission processes. Prior to this, she was a Training Team manager at Tetra Tech International, designing capacity building curricula related to public private partnerships, economic growth, regulation and stakeholder communications for public and private sector clients from around the globe.
Linda is passionate about using M&E, learning, and stakeholder engagement to create more effective development programming.
