Lyly provides strategic and technical leadership for Environmental Incentives’ company-wide Climate Initiative. She oversees the implementation of Initiative priorities, facilitates learning and knowledge sharing internally and externally, and provides technical expertise across the company’s climate projects and new business opportunities.
She has 13 years of climate, environment, and international development expertise with a focus on strategic planning, research, learning, capacity development, communications, and knowledge management. She has experience managing global and field-based projects and leading new business efforts. She has worked at various international development firms and organizations including Abt Associates, Panagora Group, RTI International, and International Resources group.
Lyly believes that improving access to actionable information, relevant resources, and diverse networks needed by decision makers at all levels, supports and improves climate and development outcomes.
