As the Chief People Officer, Aleedra provides coaching and organizational development support to company leadership and managers to ensure that EI management styles and norms are shaped by our values and amplify our culture. This includes leading a team that addresses internal and external stakeholder needs with insight and streamlines and improves our policies and procedures. Further, Aleedra is responsible for ensuring we fulfill our commitment to improving our internal practices and outcomes related to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Aleedra has 15 years of progressive and international experience in the hospitality, technology, and finance industries. Aleedra joined EI from Apple Federal Credit Union, where she was the Associate Vice President of People and Culture. Before that, she worked at SpinSys, a federal contractor in the IT space, where she was the Director of Human Resources. She also worked at Hyatt Corporation as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Park Hyatt Washington.
