Arica brings expertise in finance, contracts, operations, and other corporate support functions to her role as a Finance and Operations Associate. She assists Environmental Incentives to manage company finances while facilitating other operational needs.
Previously, Arica served as a Contracts Specialist working for NextGen Federal Systems, LLC. In this role, she directed financial and contractual management of nearly 30 government programs, supported 40 proposal responses per year, and tasked and oversaw a staff of interns. Prior to this, Arica worked with Wright State University supporting the Facility Senates Office.
Arica is inspired to advance company systems and processes to better serve our employees, customers, and community. Having experience operating under a Small Business working with government customers, Arica is eager to bring her knowledge to assist Environmental Incentives in its growth.
