Meegan’s strengths in listening and communicating effectively, facilitating across differences, and thinking strategically result in collaborative, engaging, and effective processes.

Meegan brings nearly 18 years of experience in international development to her role at Environmental Incentives, drawing on her background in learning design, development, and delivery, and program and project management. Previously, Meegan worked at Peace Corps where she led a team of training specialists and provided technical assistance to posts in the Inter-America & Pacific Region related to programming, training, and evaluation. In addition to working at other international development organizations, Meegan was a Peace Corps Volunteer and staff member in Panama for four and a half years.
