Molly is a Program Cycle Mechanism Specialist and will be embedded with USAID missions in the field as needed. In her position she is supporting Mission-level strategic planning and progress along the Program Cycle.

Molly brings nearly a decade of experience working on international development issues – first as a Peace Corps volunteer and later as an implementer for biodiversity, sustainable landscapes, and natural resource management projects for USAID and other donors. Molly supported USAID projects in Indonesia, Zambia, Madagascar, and Central Asia as well completed individual assessments in Nepal and Mongolia. She speaks French and Chinese.

Molly believes strongly in the value of elevating diverse voices and engaging communities in strategic planning for development to better help people and protect the planet.
