Sue is a Senior Strategic Outreach and Communications Specialists supporting Environmental Incentive’s international practice area. Her professional communications experience spans 25 years and includes print, broadcast, and online journalism, and nearly a decade supporting international development projects and programs.

As a communications and knowledge management specialist, Sue has developed and implemented a range of strategic communications plans that employ integrated tactics, products, and channels. From research, writing, and editing, to web design and video production, she has helped organizations, including USAID, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and World Bank find the right way to reach, inform, and motivate their internal and external audiences.

Sue wants to communicate to audiences in a way that makes them feel known. She believes people better understand and relate to complex ideas and situations when we carefully consider who we are communicating with, what we are saying, and when, how, and where we say it.
